Registration instructions

Start charging your electric car by downloading the mobile app:

1. Download the mobile app Malanka from App Store or Google Play

2. Open the app and click the "Login" button

3. In the window that appears, click the "Register" button

4. Enter your first name, last name, mobile phone number, email address and password. Click the "Register" button

5. In the window with the public offer, click the "Accept" button. Attention! If at this stage the acceptance of the public offer is rejected, the registration will be canceled and it will be impossible to use the charging service.

6. Next a window for using the payment system will open. Click the "Accept" button. Attention! If you press the "Decline" button at this stage, the registration will be canceled and it will be impossible to use the charging service.

7. Then a window about successful registration will open. Click the "OK" button.

Now go to your inbox where you will see a letter from Malanka, containing a link to confirm registration and activate your personal profile. Only after confirmation of registration will you be able to enter your personal account of the mobile application by entering your email address and a previously invented password. Attention! If you do not find any letters in your inbox, please check the "Spam" folder.

Please do all the manipulations on the charging session exclusively through the mobile application. You don't need to press anything on the station screen!
